As the Western Capes most iconic landmark, Table Mountain is an absolute must. Whether you travel up the Aerail Cableway or enjoy the natural beauty whilst hiking one of its many trails, you’re in for a treat. The gorgeous landmark is almost impossible to miss from anywhere in the Mother City.
Although there are only 5 offical routes, there are various trails you can explore. From calm and easy trails to steep and difficult trails, there’s a hike for every fitness level. The difficulty lies in the number of pathways up the mountain and on its plateau. They vary in length and difficulty, but most take at least half the day to complete. Taking the wrong one can mean walking around for hours lost in the wilderness of the Cape Floral kingdom.
The best way to traverse Table Mountain is with an experienced tour guide. We offer privately guided tours along seven different Table Mountain trails. Our tour guides are local hiker enthusiasts with many years of experience hiking the glorious mountains of the Cape. Their boots are well-worn, hiking up every pathway this majestic mountain offers. They know their way around the mountain and will adjust accordingly to your specific paths and fitness requirements.
